Mental health care with medication management is a vital service exclusively serving individuals with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, including those who can benefit from the specialized payne service.

We offer medication management for mental health conditions in individuals with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, in collaboration with their family, residential staff, therapists, and primary care providers through our Payne service.

At PNS, we understand that finding the right care provider, including our specialized payne service, can be a daunting task. That's why we work closely with each patient's team to develop a personalized care plan that meets their unique needs.

Our team is experienced in providing a range of mental health services, including our specialized payne service. We understand that individuals in the IDD Community have a unique set of needs. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to our clients.

We understand that mental health begins to affect the lives of many individuals at a very early age, particularly when combined with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our payne service allows us to see patients starting from the age of 5 and up. Given the unique needs of preschool-aged children, we recommend they consult with a child psychiatrist.

The PNS office is located in Greenfield (Hancock County), Indiana. We offer payne service on-site for residents of CrownPointe of Greenfield biweekly and provide services at Mackee Counseling in Marion (Grant County) every other month.

At PNS, we believe that an in-person visit is always the best option. However, due to the unique needs of our patients, we provide alternative options, including our specialized payne service. For our established patients, we offer telehealth services, and for those with exceptional situations, we provide at-home visits.
Patients can schedule in-person visits in the office with their caregivers and/or family members, ensuring access to the payne service. The office is handicap accessible and open four days a week.
Telehealth visits are available for established patients, especially when utilizing the payne service can help avoid unnecessary challenges associated with traveling to the office for an in-person visit.
Home Visits are available for special situations and are part of the payne service. They require a referral from another healthcare professional.
